2. Cancellation of Services
Cancellation by Customer: Customers may cancel their booked services according to the stylist’s cancellation policy. Please check the specific policy listed with the service before booking.
Late Cancellations: If a customer cancels a service less than 24 hours before the appointment, they may forfeit their right to a refund, depending on the stylist’s policy.
3. Refunds
Service-Related Refunds: Refund requests must be made directly to the stylist, as refund policies may vary by stylist. Customers should review the stylist’s terms before booking.
Non-Service Related Refunds: If there are issues with a purchase that are not related to the service provided (e.g., incorrect listing), please contact our support team for assistance.
4. Process for Refund Requests
To request a refund:

– Provide details of your booking and the reason for the refund request.
– Refunds will be processed in accordance with the stylist’s cancellation policy and our internal review process.
